Ingredients:
250 gr chick-peas
1 carrot, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 red paprika, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Olive oil, ½ squeezed lemon, salt, white pepper, cumin to taste
Let’s make it:
Steep the chick-peas for 24 hours, then boil them one more hour. Boil the vegetables until soft. When everything is boiled soft, strain it suitable vessel (I strained it in big jar) with spices, olive oil and lemon juice. The paste is good for appetizer, or you can spread it on bread for breakfast for great vitaminous start of the day.
